Platform Switch
After careful consideration, I'm moving The Peak Performance Edge from LinkedIn to Ghost.
LinkedIn has been valuable for discovery and connection. It's helped me reach thousands of leaders looking for evidence-based alternatives to hustle culture. But it's time to build on a platform that better serves both of us.
Why Ghost?
Three reasons drove this decision:
1. Better content delivery
Ghost removes the constraints. No character limits, proper formatting for scientific citations, embedded resources, and a clean reading experience optimised for focus. For content about neuroscience and peak performance, presentation matters.
2. Platform independence
Your email address belongs to you, not a platform algorithm. My content belongs to me. If anything changes tomorrow, we can take this relationship elsewhere. That matters for building something sustainable.
3. Privacy-respecting by design
Ghost doesn't track you for advertising purposes. No surveillance, no data harvesting. When you read this newsletter, that's between you and me. Given that I teach sustainable systems over extractive ones, the tools I use should reflect those principles.
What This Means for You
The content improves:
- Proper depth without platform constraints
- Clean, distraction-free reading on any device
- Downloadable protocols and resources
- Space for meaningful discussion in comments
- Better mobile experience
The newsletter remains free. The frequency stays the same (weekly). The commitment to evidence-based insights continues.
You'll still see my content on LinkedIn—I'm not abandoning that platform for engagement and discussion. But the full analysis and detailed protocols will live here.
The Invitation
If you've found value in these insights on sustainable peak performance, neuroplasticity, and flow state mastery, the next step is simple:
